WOLF SPIDERS, now thats a scarry thought. These guys are big. This was one of the many wolf spiders that shared a room with us in Cabo Blanco. There big, but they really dont bite. I've been to Cabo Blanco twice and seen these fuzzy little friends both times (many of them), but I've never heard or seen of any one getting bit by one. Besides there's far more dangerous things in Costa Rica, like the mosquitos, and other little insects that bite (try 54 bites in 3 days). These wolf spiders mainly feed on small insects and other spiders. Don't worry they look far more dangerous than they really are.
